Job Summary:
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (Cath Lab) nurse position located in Wichita, Kansas. This opportunity involves working in a cardiovascular laboratory setting with a focus on cardiac procedures. Candidates are required to bring their Kansas nursing license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Required Qualifications: Active Kansas licensure; minimum of 1-year current acute care hospital Cath Lab RN experience; certifications include BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support); no minimum years of experience specified.
• Schedule: Days shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The unit has approximately 4 beds and a staff of 12, including 2 travelers; typical procedures performed include cardiac drips, angioplasty, and stenting. The unit employs Phillips fluoroscopy, Mac Lab electronic medical records, and Meditech systems. Candidates with Mac Lab experience, Meditech experience, and prior Cath Lab RN experience are preferred.
