About the Role

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled STNA to join our team at Marion Rehabilitation. As an STNA, you'll work closely with our licensed nurses and therapy team to provide personal care and assistance to our patients. Your duties will include:

• Providing basic care and hygiene to patients, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assisting patients with daily living activities, including eating, walking, and transferring
• Recording vital signs and reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing team
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of licensed nurses and therapists
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
• Participate in care conferences and contribute to the development of patient care plans
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to facility policies and procedures
