Now hiring full-time Data Collectors! We’re looking for dependable, customer-focused individuals with reliable transportation who enjoy working outdoors. In this role, you’ll inspect, verify, and document details of residential and commercial properties for valuation purposes.

Job Details:

Starting pay of $20 per hour

Mileage reimbursement per day

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old

Possess a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation

Able to stand and walk for long periods, as well as bend, stretch, and kneel during property inspections

Capable of climbing stairs and carrying 5–10 lbs of equipment

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions for extended periods

Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with the public and answer questions about property visits

Strong ability to work independently

Available to work 40-hour schedule Mon-Fri 8:30-5:00 pm
