Office Associate

Global Futura Inc. is a growing food manufacturing and distribution company specializing in edible oils. We are looking for a dependable and organized Part‑Time Office Associate to support our day‑to‑day office operations. Responsibilities Process invoices and maintain organized records. Track deliveries and coordinate with the warehouse. Answer phone calls and respond to emails. Handle incoming mail and office correspondence. Perform data entry and maintain spreadsheets. Prepare and organize documents for management. Communicate with customers, vendors, and transportation companies. Order office supplies and assist with general administrative duties. Support the management team with daily office operations. Qualifications Previous office, administrative, or customer service experience preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English. Hindi language skills are a plus but not required. Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality. Experience in logistics, transportation, manufacturing, or food distribution is a plus. Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
