This role exists to protect food-safety standards and help the culinary team move fast and confidently.

Responsibilities include:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, cookware, utensils, and kitchen tools
- Keep dish and work areas clean, organized, and compliant with sanitation guidelines
- Put away clean items promptly and restock kitchen stations as needed
- Support closing tasks and help maintain a safe, tidy back-of-house

- Ability to lift/carry items and work safely with equipment and cleaning products

Between rushes, you reset your station, keep pathways clear, and make sure clean items are back where the line expects them. As the shift winds down, you help bring the space back to “ready for tomorrow,” leaving the kitchen organized and set up for the next service.
