Contract | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | Every Other Weekend | Holidays as needed

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting during night shift hours.
Float to other campus locations within the health system as needed.
Participate in holiday coverage — expected to work 2 out of 4 designated holidays; minimal holiday RTO.
Complete unit-based orientation modules (non-billable, averaging 2–4 hours, completed during orientation).
Pass a compliance EKG exam prior to assignment start (2 attempts allowed).
Document patient care accurately using EPIC electronic medical records system.

Required Qualifications

Active RN license in hand at time of submission.
Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience.
BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale, and PALS certifications required.
EPIC EMR experience required.
Third-party education verification required; degrees from schools on the Florida Diploma Fraud Audit list will not be accepted.
No open background cases permitted.
Must not reside within 50 miles of the facility to be eligible.
Current driver's license required to verify address.
RTO must be submitted with application; no post-submission RTO accepted.

Preferred Experience / Skills

TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification preferred.
Experience in a STEMI- and Stroke-certified facility preferred.
