Job Summary:

HVAC Technician - Service and InstallationResponsibilities: - Perform semi-skilled and skilled work in the operation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems

• Perform maintenance on newer residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards while providing the customer with a high-quality experience.
• Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction
• Provide exceptional customer service and educates customers regarding technical and investment decisions by offering multiple options and solutions while making service calls in customers’ homes
• Test pipe or tubing joints or connections for leaks, using a pressure gauge or soap-and-water solution
• Test electrical circuits or components for continuity, using electrical test equipment
• Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring
• Responsible for the complete and satisfactory installation of residential HVAC equipment and accessories.
• Oversees the work of Assistant Installation Technician to ensure work is performed correctly, communicates with customers to answer questions, resolve problems, and ensure complete customer satisfaction

Qualifications: - Past experience as an HVAC service and Installation technician (min 3+ years, 5+ years preferred)

• Valid Driver's License
• EPA Certification
• Experience with operation and maintenance of chillers, heat pumps, air handlers, and geothermal systems
• Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40 pounds
