Opportunity Overview:

Healthcare Recruiting Specialists is seeking a relationship driven sales professional to expand private duty homecare partnerships throughout the Des Plaines, Illinois market. In this in person Business Development role, you will have the opportunity to build a meaningful book of business while helping families and healthcare organizations access essential homecare services. What You Will Do:

• Develop and execute a territory sales strategy that identifies new referral sources, community partners, and strategic accounts for private duty homecare services.
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, discharge planners, senior living communities, physicians, and other key decision makers.
• Lead consultative sales conversations that clearly communicate the value proposition of private duty homecare to prospective clients and referral partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, needs discovery, presentations, follow up, proposal development, and closing.
• Grow and retain key accounts by delivering responsive relationship management and identifying opportunities for deeper partnership.
• Use customer relationship management tools and market insights to maintain an active pipeline, forecast results, and support go to market planning.

What You Bring:

• You bring demonstrated success in strategic selling, customer acquisition, or business development with the confidence to engage C level and senior stakeholders.
• You have strong account management and closing skills, allowing you to turn complex customer needs into practical solutions.
• You are comfortable working independently in an outside sales environment while staying accountable to territory and revenue goals.
• You communicate with professionalism, empathy, and credibility when representing services that impact patients, families, and care teams.
• You can create and execute a thoughtful sales strategy that prioritizes high value prospects and long term relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in private duty homecare, home health, senior care, healthcare staffing, post acute care, or a related healthcare sales environment is highly valued.
• Experience using CRM platforms, pipeline reporting, and account planning tools will help you accelerate your success.
• A bachelor’s degree is welcomed, though equivalent relevant sales experience will be considered.

Compensation and Benefits:

This full time, in person role is based in Des Plaines, IL 60016 and offers an annual salary of $80,000 to $90,000. Eligible team members receive a 401(k), vacation leave, sick leave, holiday pay, and paid time off, giving you support both professionally and personally.
