Cath Lab Technologist, Cath Lab Experience: 2 years Licenses: RAD-NC Certifications: R(Copy Needed)

BLS(Copy Needed) OR Vascular Interventional Technologist, Vascular Experience: 2 years Licenses: RAD-NC Certifications: RCIS(Copy Needed)

BLS(Copy Needed) SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in entire work history One of the following is required: -Graduation from a Radiologic Science program accredited by the Committee on Allied Health and Accreditation. -Graduation from a special procedures program. -Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing. -Completion of a course training in cardiac catherization - Transcripts required.
