Job Description We'reseekinga talented and strategicSenior Integrated Content Strategistto join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will lead the day-to-day development, management, socialization, and implementation of comprehensive content strategies that guide audiences seamlessly through the customer journey—from awareness to conversion—while aligning with priority personas, product innovations, and key campaignobjectives. As the bridge between high-level campaign plans and content execution,you'lltransform inputs such as audience insights, product messaging, and business goals into impactful, actionable strategies. You will play an active role in shaping these strategies by staying attuned to market trends, audience behaviors, and industry developments, while partnering with cross-functional teams to turn strategies into action. Key Responsibilities Develop comprehensive content strategies in collaboration with campaign managers,leveragingaudience insights, campaign goals, and businessobjectivesto create end-to-end, data-driven strategies Create detailed content recommendations on formats (videos, blogs, social posts, interactive tools) and distribution channels tailored to target personas Drive innovation by proactivelyidentifyingemerging content trends, channel features, and new formats to keep strategies competitive and aligned with industry advancements Collaborate cross-functionally with campaign managers, product marketers, creative directors, and digital leads to ensure consistent, connected content implementation Partner with creative leads to champion differentiated, engaging messaging and CTAs that resonate with customer needs at each funnel stage Monitor campaign performance data and engagement metrics toprovideactionable insights and refine strategies for continuous improvement Support operational excellence by collaborating on workflows, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets Contribute to andmaintaincontent playbooks documenting best practices and learnings Qualifications To be successful in this role you have: 12+ years of experience in marketing, content strategy/creation, channel strategy, campaign management, or related roles within B2B SaaS or technology Proven success designing and executing multi-channel, persona-driven content strategies that drive measurable business results Experienceleveragingor thinking critically about integrating AI into work processes, workflows, and decision-making Exceptional leadership and cross-functional influence skills Strong ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment Expertisein data-driven decision-making and performance analysis Passion for AI, innovation, and experimenting with new tools and ideas JV20 For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $155,400 - $272,000 , plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
