Restaurant Assistant Manager
Base Salary: $55K + bonus

Location: Georgetown, KY

We’re looking for a hands-on, in-the-action Assistant Manager who thrives on the floor—not behind a desk. This role partners closely with the General Manager to support daily restaurant and kitchen operations while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

As an AM, you’ll lead by example—jumping in wherever needed, from expediting and running food to assisting on the line or supporting to-go and catering operations. You’ll help drive sales and profitability, maintain brand standards, and build a strong, motivated team through coaching and accountability.

What You’ll Do:
Support daily restaurant and kitchen operations with a focus on food quality, safety, and guest satisfaction
Help achieve operational goals including budgets, sales targets, and profitability
Maintain a clean, safe, and consistent environment aligned with brand standards
Train, coach, and motivate team members while modeling exceptional hospitality
Ensure compliance with all health codes, labor laws, sanitation, and food safety standards
Assist with catering and to-go operations

What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent
2–3 years of restaurant management experience (casual dining or full service)
Valid driver’s license
ServSafe Manager certification (preferred)
