Operations & Maintenance SupervisorFull-timeCompensation: USD 85,000 - USD 95,000 - yearlyJob DescriptionThe O&M On-Site Supervisor is responsible for managing the operation, maintenance, service, and repair of equipment at CMI's customer site in Des Moines, Iowa.Key Job FunctionsResponsible for the accuracy and completeness of all work performed.Check work orders and after-hours reports for any assignment to be completedPerform/facilitate PM work ordersMonitor and maintaining building equipmentPerform QC inspections and produce QC reportsOversee/manage third-party QC inspections (VTE)Perform inspections of building equipment and systemsPerform general maintenance to common/public areasPerform service requests as assignedAssist in all phases of repair workAssist other engineering personnel as instructed by the PMAssure proper use, cleaning, maintenance and storage of all toolsRecord various aspects of system operations, service activities in the NCMMSSchedule and review routine inspections (rounds) of mission critical equipmentOrder supplies, parts, and equipment necessary to support repair, maintenance and preventive maintenance functionsPerform other related duties as requiredQualificationsHigh School DiplomaShall possess at least 3 years of recent experience in directing operation and maintenance of assets in a supervisory capacity for a singular federal facility of at least 500,000 square feet.Experience supervising maintenance and building operations staffStrong verbal and written communication skillsAdditional InformationCompetencies for SuccessTeamworkResults orientation/operational excellenceHolding self and other accountableOperational business thinkingAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.CMI is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
