Leading a high-impact global sales organization, the full-time Area Vice President, Sales will drive strategy and revenue growth for the Collaboration Protection portfolio while managing three Regional Directors and their teams remotely. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop regional sales teams, fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence Own the global go-to-market strategy for Collaboration Protection, ensuring alignment with core sales leadership Engage directly in customer relationships and major sales cycles to support revenue expansion and product adoption Required Qualifications Proven leadership experience in managing high-performing field sales teams Expertise in selling security solutions with a strong understanding of industry trends Exceptional consultative selling skills and the ability to articulate value effectively Strong business acumen with experience in pipeline generation and accurate forecasting Hands-on experience in outbound sales and demand generation initiatives
