Qualifications For An Automotive Dealership Finance Manager 3+ years of experience in a similar role Experience working in automotive sales, financial service sales, or a dealership's finance and insurance (F&I) department Ability to meet and exceed quotes Strong mathematical skills High school diploma or equivalent Valid in-state driver's license and acceptable driving record A college degree would be a plus.
