Job Description

We are seeking an experienced System Administrator with strong Sabre GDS expertise to lead and support the migration from Travelport to Sabre . This role requires hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and administrative experience within Sabre, along with a deep understanding of air booking workflows and ticketing processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the GDS migration from Travelport to Sabre.
Configure and manage Sabre PCCs , user access, queues, and printer setups.
Assist with migration or recreation of PNRs and templates .
Provide expertise in air bookings, refunds, exchanges, and ticketing processes .
Troubleshoot issues and support testing activities during and after migration.
Maintain documentation and deliver training sessions for internal teams post-migration.
Collaborate with OTA teams to ensure smooth operational transition.

Required Skills

3-5+ years of Sabre administration experience .
Strong knowledge of PCCs, IATA/ARC ticketing setup, PNR lifecycle, queues, and agency workflow .
Hands-on experience with air booking processes and PNR servicing.
Expertise with Sabre Red 360, Sabre Desktop, IUR, and Sabre administration tools .
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Desired Skills

Experience with Agentforce (preferred).
Background in Online Travel Agency (OTA) environment.
