Starts at 30 hours per week with potential to grow to 40 hours. About you Safety‑focused and highly attentive—our toddler is at the age of exploring everything, so keeping a close eye on her is essential. Warm, playful, and energetic—someone who loves to sing, read, dance, be silly, and help a child laugh and learn. Invested in child development, especially language development; maintains a consistent routine/schedule that includes outdoor time and does not include screens; receptive to feedback; comfortable with nanny cameras; can carry and keep up with an active toddler in a multi‑level hill‑top home; prior toddler/baby experience; CPR/First Aid certification and vaccination. Responsibilities Provide caring and engaging care for a toddler in a safe environment. Maintain a consistent routine that includes outdoor time and screen‑free activities. Support language development through singing, reading, dancing, and play. Respond to feedback and adapt to the child’s needs. Safely manage a multi‑level hill‑top home, ensuring the child’s safety at all times. Requirements Comfortable with pets. Prior toddler/baby care experience. CPR/First Aid certified.
