Lead Care Professional – Make a Difference Every Day

We are looking for a dedicated field LEADER who brings compassion, heart, and professionalism to serve our aging population.

Serving Mecklenburg County, including cities Charlotte, Huntersville, Cornelius, Davidson, Mint Hill, Matthews, Pineville and surrounding areas.

Guaranteed 40 hours per week, weekend work required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate care and conversation to aging clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care.
• Alzheimer’s and Dementia care.
• Mentoring caregivers and providing introductions between clients and caregivers.
• Support the emotional and social needs of clients, fostering a positive environment.
• Transportation and errands.

Qualifications:

• Work in homes with pets (dogs, cats, birds).
• One year experience in caregiving.
• Experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide (HHA), CNA, PCA, at Assisted Living preferred.
• Ability to multitask, problem solve and communicate in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to teach and motivate others.
• Driver’s license, reliable transportation, ability to pass drug screen and background.
