Hematology - Oncology Physician
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $388.00 - $420.00

This facility is seeking a Hematology - Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

  • Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM4:30 PM clinic hours for 34 months starting January 4, 2027; call coverage 7 days per week through May 15, 2027. Inpatient rounding up to 2 hours daily as needed. Provider is not required to be in-house for call.
  • Practice Setting: Hybrid; outpatient clinic with inpatient consult rounding.
  • Type of cases and required procedures: Hematology/Oncology patient care; knowledge of National Comprehensive Cancer Network Guidelines (NCCN) guidelines, chemotherapy treatment planning, and emergency response to medication side effects. Consults only; no admissions or discharges required.
  • Credentialing timeframe: 45-60 days
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
  • Certifications required: Must be Board Certified
  • Licensure required: Must have an active Indiana medical license and Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA) registration (or one that can be easily transferred and remain in Indiana)

Internal Medicine, Hematologist Oncologist, Ho, Hematology Oncologist, Oncology, Oncologist, Blood, Blood Illness, Blood Cells, Physician, Md Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
