Maintenance Coordinator

Maintenance TechnicianWe are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and perform a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our facility. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine and preventative maintenance, as well as troubleshooting and repairing equipment and systems as needed. The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work independently.Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, checking and replacing filters, and inspecting systems for proper operationTroubleshoot and repair equipment and systems as needed, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systemsRespond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely mannerMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventoryFollow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environmentOther duties as assignedMinimum of 2 years of experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar roleStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsProficiency with hand and power toolsKnowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systemsAbility to work independently and prioritize tasksValid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus
