Technical Support Engineer

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for a top energy technology client. This candidate will serve as the highest level of technical escalation support for advanced home energy products, including EV charging, energy storage, residential energy systems, solar or home energy integrations, connectivity, mobile app behavior, and integrated system performance. They will also be responsible for turning technical learnings into scalable resources by creating training content, how-to documentation, troubleshooting guides, technical bulletins, service guidance, and support playbooks that help the broader organization troubleshoot faster and prevent repeat escalations. This role is hybrid in Warren, MI and will require occasional travel up to 10%. Compensation $35 hr to $40/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
