This position will be supporting the recruiting for non-exempt positions such as Mechanical Assembly, Electrical Wiring, Welding, and Warehouse.What a typical day looks like:Prepare job advertisements, web postings, and job descriptions.Screen and shortlist candidates, liaise with agencies, and coordinate interviews.Respond to recruitment enquiries while maintaining privacy and confidentiality.Contact candidates, arrange interviews, and develop plan for interview questions in collaboration with the hiring team.Conduct interviews, check references, and recommend candidates.Provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates.Prepare job offer materials.Represent the organization at job fairs and recruitment venues.Ensure compliance with external regulations (OFCCP, EEOC) and internal policies/procedures.
