Description UNC Primary Care at Chatham is hiring an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA)!Located off Medical Park Road near Chatham Hospital, in Siler City, NC, Primary Care at Chatham provides medical care to a diverse population, including patients with chronic medical conditions and special needs. We will partner with every member of the family to help them lead a healthy lifestyle. Our team treats the whole person, tending to physical, emotional, and developmental needs. Services:

• Cardiology 
• Women?s health 
• Internal Medicine 
• Nutritional counseling 
• Pediatrics 
• Physical exams 
• Family Medicine 
• Onsite laboratory 
• Immunizations 
• Acute care 
• Well visits 
• Prenatal care 
• Sick visits 
• Behavioral and mental health counseling 
• Care for chronic conditions 

Practice Hours: Monday - Tuesday 8:00am - 5:00pm Wednesday - Friday 7:00am - 6:00pm Position Specifics:

Other Information Education Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited graduate-level Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) program.

Licensure/Certification Requirements:

• Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider (i.e., Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant) in the state of North Carolina.
• Board certification if required by the Department. DEA.

Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:

• Demonstrated clinical competency.
• Effective leadership skills. Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication and strong analytical skills.
• Effective interaction to ensure the successful care of patients in the clinical setting.
• Documentation in the medical record to substantiate accurate billing.
