We're looking for a hardworking Torch Cutter to join our team. If you have experience with oxy-propane cutting, heavy equipment operation, or scrap and metal processing, this is a great opportunity to work for a company that offers excellent benefits, training, and long-term stability.
What You'll Do
- Operate an oxy-propane torch to cut and process metal materials.
- Inspect and measure materials to ensure quality and specification requirements are met.
- Assist with sorting, staging, and moving materials throughout the yard.
- Operate heavy equipment including skid steers, loaders, and CAT equipment.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
- Support daily yard and production operations.
What We're Looking For
- Experience using an oxy-propane torch or similar cutting equipment.
- Experience in metal processing, manufacturing, scrap recycling, or industrial environments.
- Experience operating heavy equipment.
- Ability to work safely in a physically demanding environment.
- Knowledge of metal identification, shop math, or equipment troubleshooting is a plus.

Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
