About the Role As a Community Leasing Associate, you’ll be the face of Fairfield for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process and creating exceptional living experiences. This role combines sales, customer service, and marketing to help our communities thrive. Responsibilities Customer Service & Sales: Serve as the first point of contact for prospects and residents, drive the leasing process, close deals, and deliver outstanding service. Operations: Manage lease files, maintain accurate records, use Yardi software for leasing processes, verify application information, and complete tasks for LIHTC or HUD programs. Marketing: Update social media, assist with advertising, and stay informed about local market trends. Benefits Estimated Rate of Pay: $22.32 – $24.96 per hour (non-exempt).
