Shift Times/Schedule: This is a rotating schedule of 2 days on/2 days off/5 days on/5 days off

Specialty Requirements/Years of Experience: Hospital experience needed

Licensure: Texas

Certifications: IV certification

Patient Ratio: 124 beds

Charting System Experience: Meditech

Weekend/On Call Requirements: Every other weekend included

COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed

Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed

Scrub Color: Black

Additional Notes: IV room requires no makeup and no jewelry, hair off shoulder

Certifications: AHA certs required

Local Radius: 50 miles

Local Rule: Not accepted

Travel pairs accepted on case by case basis
