Medical Administration Officer

Medical Administrative Officer

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Advising on the distribution of resources based on current and future program needs and improving the operational efficiency of the Business Office.
  • Develops and implements both long and short term policies and objectives.
  • Assesses and improves complex management processes and systems.
  • Provides guidance and advice to managers and supervisors designed to foster acceptance of performance and process changes that affect administrative services.
  • Assists healthcare system personnel in improving healthcare system operation through analysis and study of healthcare process and provides technical advice and assistance to others.
  • Participates in special studies and projects that range from highly technical to highly conceptual and serves as a primary information source for top management decisions affecting policy formulation of the Business Office.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday; 7:30am-4:00pm; Subject to change based on the needs of the facility.

Telework: This position may be authorized for telework. Telework eligibility will be discussed during the interview process.

Virtual: This is not a virtual position.
