Retail Sales Associate

Position Part‑time Sales Associate – Movado Company Store, Grapevine Mills Mall, Grapevine, TX. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and establish rapport with customers. Achieve or exceed sales goals assigned by the Store Manager. Develop expertise in merchandise and keep product knowledge up to date. Merchandise products in accordance with company guidelines. Maintain a neat, clean, and professional environment while ensuring proper ticketing, display, and inventory accuracy. Follow all security and loss‑prevention procedures. Service watches, including sizing and battery changes as needed. Support the store with additional tasks as required. Requirements Strong selling skills and experience in watch, jewelry, fashion, accessories, specialty, or luxury retail. Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and achieve store objectives.
