Busser / Service Support

Position Snapshot Assists Bartender, Cocktail Staff and Wait Staff by maintaining area cleanliness and providing necessary support to ensure fast, friendly and accommodating service. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining area. Ensure wait stations remain clean and restocked. Empty trash, spot sweep floors, and perform other housekeeping tasks as requested by a Manager. Perform opening and closing duties, including party breakdown and setup. Restock and prepare supplies for shift change and closing. Ensure food is properly garnished and delivered timely to guests. Follow all tray procedures to minimize loss and ensure food is delivered correctly. Buss and reset tables after guests leave. Deliver food to tables and assist guests with clearing dishes and refilling beverages. Assist with party setup and restrooms, including restocking supplies and cleaning high/booster chairs. Help other team members as needed or when business dictates. Physical Demands and Requirements Must work days, nights, and/or weekends as required, in a noisy, fast‑paced environment. Requires: Read and write handwritten notes. Lift and carry up to 30 pounds. Move about the facility and stand for long periods of time. Walk or stand for 100% of the shift. Qualifications Must be friendly and smile frequently while working. Must be at least 16 years of age. Restaurant and/or bar experience preferred, but not required. Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with guests and team members. Benefits Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and FREE GAMES , among other benefits.
