Are you an experienced ER nurse ready to make a difference in a Level 4 Trauma Center? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every second counts? Our healthcare partner in rural West Texas is seeking dedicated ER nurses to join their team and provide exceptional care to their community.

As an ER Registered Nurse, you will be a crucial part of a team that handles a 24-hour patient volume of around 30 patients in an 8-bed emergency room. Your expertise and quick thinking will be vital in providing life-saving care and ensuring the best outcomes for patients.

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions
• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Need 1 year experience in setting
• Must have TNCC, ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications
