As a Flexible Staff Associate, you’ll jump in when itmatters most (peak hours) to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations.Our fans will feel your passion when you share product knowledge and inspire them to style their jewellery giving avoice to people’s loves. Comfortable working a schedule that varies with business needs — including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times. All other duties as assigned. This can include standing for extended periods, ability to lift 50+ pounds and timely arrival to workFlexible Schedule where you will work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
