What you’ll do as a Lease Administrator Analyst: Administer lease records including amendments, renewals and notices to business units. Maintain and update lease data in Costar and related databases to ensure reliable records. Coordinate lease execution processes, including document preparation, routing for signatures. Assist with system workflow changes as needed within lease administration activities. Analyze lease documents to gather information for leadership to make informed decisions. Track critical dates as they pertain to lease-related clauses and Landlord deadlines. Support projects assigned by supervisor while maintaining compliance with policies and procedures. Qualifications you’ll bring as a Lease Administrator Analyst: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or Real Estate or related field. Ability to interpret legal contract language. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications for documentation, communication and basic reporting This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.
