Responsibilities Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth, meeting patient volume goals for telehealth and in‑patient services. Lead clinic staff—including X‑Ray technologists, nurses, and front office specialists—in behaviors, actions, and attitudes that deliver excellent patient care. Give guidance as necessary to ensure quality professional services and patient satisfaction. Perform responsibilities outlined in the SCRIBE job description. Discuss and review patients’ medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications. Ask situation‑specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses and provide guidance for patient care. Engage with clinical leadership and, when appropriate, elevate concerns to management to ensure patient care and resolve issues in line with company values. Ensure accurate and timely completion of patient charts and forwarding as required daily. Build and maintain confidence and credibility with all employees. Implement clinical and telehealth protocols as outlined by the CMO and supervising physicians. Analyze and interpret patients’ histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostics to develop appropriate diagnoses. Deliver excellent patient care with attention to safety, cost, and reliability. Ensure provider activities comply with federal and state regulations, guidelines, and HIPAA. Work efficiently in a fast‑paced, autonomous environment—both in‑patient clinic and virtual settings. Pursue the queue of telehealth patients in a timely fashion to ensure proper follow‑up. Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests; responsibly prescribe medications; educate patients on continued treatment of acute and chronic conditions. Attend mandatory monthly meetings with supervising physicians and E/M training sessions. Perform responsibilities within standard NP protocols. Recommend ideas within the clinic and to telehealth leadership to improve patient experience and care. Communicate regularly with the team to support excellent patient care. Provide job shadowing, demonstration, and coaching opportunities. Maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees; foster a positive work atmosphere. Perform physical, sensory, cognitive, and environmental functions as specified on the physical demands section. Be knowledgeable about and comply with company standards of operations. Maintain proven experience working as a telehealth clinician. Perform other duties assigned by management. PRN employees are required to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month; full‑time employees work 12‑hour shifts and every other weekend. Ancillary providers are on‑call periodically throughout the year. Experience Levels Level 1: New graduates with up to 1 year of experience as an NP. Level 2: NP with more than 1 year but less than 5 years of experience. Level 3: NP with more than 5 years but less than 10 years of experience. Level 4: NP with more than 10 years of experience. Education Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) Experience Requirements and Preferences At least 1–2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice such as urgent care, occupational medical facility, ER or trauma unit, or family medical practice. Licensing and Certification Active and verifiable nursing license and DEA registration. Providers must treat all ages and meet credentialing requirements. DOT certification required for full‑time and part‑time providers within 120 days of employment and maintained thereafter.
