To support a growing legal technology company, the full-time remote Customer Onboarding Manager will guide customers through onboarding, deliver training programs, and optimize solutions to ensure successful adoption of the product suite. Key responsibilities Guide customers through successful onboarding and implementation of Eve's solutions Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for effective product utilization Track and report on key implementation metrics and customer success indicators Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or success roles Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users Exceptional presentation skills for both business and technical stakeholders Strong analytical capabilities for designing solutions to customer challenges Skilled at working across teams to drive customer success and desired outcomes
