User Acquisition Consultant

To optimize paid acquisition strategies for mobile game titles, the remote User Acquisition Consultant will define channel strategies, manage media buying excellence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign efficiency and profitability. Key responsibilities Define UA channel strategy and media planning across various paid acquisition platforms Monitor and optimize campaign performance, focusing on cost efficiency and creative effectiveness Supervise the internal UA Specialist and set execution priorities for ongoing optimization efforts Required qualifications Proven experience in user acquisition or performance marketing for mobile games Strong knowledge of paid media channels such as Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok Experience managing CPI, ROAS, and campaign efficiency metrics Demonstrated ability to oversee campaign setup and optimization tactics Fluent in English with strong analytical skills to translate performance data into actionable insights
