Job Description Required Education//Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Required Skills, Experience, & Abilities:

• • 4–7 years of front-end or web development experience.
• • Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern build tools such as Vite.
• • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS.
• • Experience working with Figma or similar design tools.
• • Solid understanding of component-based architecture and REST API integration.
• • Experience with client-side performance optimization.
• • Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• • Knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux Toolkit, Zustand, and Context API.
• • Knowledge of UI frameworks such as Material-UI (MUI) and Ant Design.
• • Knowledge of micro frontend architecture.
• • Understanding of web security principles, including XSS, CSRF, and authentication flows.
• • Collaboration experience with globally distributed engineering and design teams.

Job Overview:

Client is seeking an experienced React Developer to join the technology team and build scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications used across Client's global platforms. The role focuses on delivering modern, intuitive user experiences while collaborating closely with Product, UX, Design, Backend, and Platform teams. The ideal candidate has strong React expertise, is comfortable working with design systems and Figma, and has exposure to leveraging AI-assisted tools to accelerate UX design and development. The role involves working within enterprise development practices, including component-based architecture, REST API integration, performance optimization, security, accessibility, state management, and CI/CD. Experience in financial services or other regulated industries is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade React applications.
• • Build reusable, modular, and performant UI components, services, and modules.
• • Collaborate with Product and UX teams to translate Figma designs into high-quality, accessible user interfaces.
• • Utilize AI-assisted tools, including design-to-code, UX generation, and prototyping accelerators, to improve UI iteration speed and consistency.
• • Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs.
• • Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
• • Apply best practices for state management, security, accessibility, and error handling.
• • Participate in code reviews, design critiques, and Agile ceremonies.
• • Adhere to Client's secure coding standards and regulatory and compliance requirements.
• • Support releases and troubleshoot front-end issues in production environments.
