The role involves diagnosing and treating mental health disorders, providing psychotherapy across the general spectrum of mental health conditions, helping clients define goals, gain insights, and delivering personalized, committed care. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals is essential to coordinate care and provide crisis intervention when necessary. Role Requirements Fully licensed therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or similar) in the state of Texas. Passion for high‑quality care. Experience conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans. Proficiency with EMR systems and accurate, up‑to‑date electronic health records. Understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities. Desire and ability to see a general spectrum of mental health conditions.
