Position Summary The Professional Development Program Specialist is responsible for receiving, entering, and processing program documentation; determining participant eligibility; providing support and guidance to Professional Development Program participants; and communicating with participants as needed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, comfortable following established processes, and committed to accuracy and excellent customer service. This position requires the ability to manage documentation, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with program participants.

- Receive and process program documentation and accurately enter information into the appropriate data tracking systems.
- Review documentation for completeness and accuracy and resolve documentation issues as needed.
- Communicate and correspond with Professional Development Program participants regarding program requirements, documentation, and eligibility.
- Maintain accurate and timely case notes and participant records.
- Determine coursework eligibility in accordance with established program requirements and processes.
- Meet established department standards for accuracy and productivity.
- Maintain confidentiality of participant and program information.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Completion of four years of high school or equivalent, plus completion of two years of college or graduation from a two-year technical college with an associate degree ; OR
- More than 3 months and up to and including 12 months of relevant experience.
