Veterinarian Associate We are seeking a highly skilled Veterinarian Associate to join our full-service hospital network. What You’ll Do Perform comprehensive examinations, diagnose conditions, and deliver preventive care plans tailored to each patient Develop problem-based diagnostic and treatment strategies with accuracy and clarity Maintain thorough medical records, including diagnostics, treatments, and client communication Perform routine and advanced surgeries (soft tissue, abdominal, mass removals) Conduct full-spectrum dental procedures including radiographs, extractions, and oral surgery Oversee treatment plans for hospitalized patients to ensure continuity of care Collaborate with a trained clinical support team to maintain exceptional medical standards Additional Responsibilities Participate in hospital rounds Mentor paraprofessional and veterinary staff Support a professional culture centered on accountability, communication, and elevated care Qualifications DVM (or equivalent) from an AVMA-accredited program Active veterinary license (or ability to obtain) DEA and controlled substance registration (or ability to obtain) USDA Category I Accreditation (or ability to complete within 60 days) Proficiency in anesthesia, dentistry, and routine veterinary surgery Professional, composed, and committed to high clinical standards Why Join Market leading compensation Full benefits, paid time off, 401(k), development opportunities, and ongoing support from a national veterinary network. 4 day work weeks #J-18808-Ljbffr Nbutexas
