Warehouse Associate I-1790 #4148 Guilderland Center, New York, United States Position Type Full-time Salary Range 19.00-24.00 Working Arrangement In Office Job Summary JOB SUMMARY The Warehouse Associate – Level 1 plays a vital, hands‑on role in supporting the daily flow of warehouse operations. This position is focused on executing core logistical tasks such as receiving goods, maintaining accurate inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. Associates at this level contribute directly to the efficiency and accuracy of the supply chain and are expected to work safely, follow established procedures, and collaborate well with team members. It’s a foundational role ideal for individuals looking to build experience and grow within warehouse operations. RESPONSIBILITIES Receive, sort, store, and accurately pick products. Pack, label, and prepare items for shipment. Load and unload materials and place them in designated areas. Operate handheld scanners and maintain accurate inventory records. Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized while following all safety procedures.
