Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of NY, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Job Description:• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit.
