Your responsibilities will include: Greeting and welcoming guests with a friendly and professional demeanor. Assisting guests with the check-in process, including verifying waivers and providing necessary information. Handling transactions and processing payments accurately. Answering questions and providing information about our facility, activities, and policies. Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area. Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service. What We're Looking For: To be successful in this role, you’ll need: At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or front-facing role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests of all ages. A positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
