What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Minimum of 3+ years of ER nursing experience, with 5+ years preferred
• Valid Kansas or Compact Nursing License
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to think quickly in high-pressure situations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Additional Skills That Will Set You Apart:

• Experience in large hospital settings
• Ability to adapt and float as needed
• Previous experience working night shifts in critical care environments

Ideal Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher
• Prior emergency room experience in a busy medical facility

Other Requirements:

• Availability for 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and participate in on-call shifts once a week
• Willingness to occasionally float to enhance team flexibility
• Orientation begins on Mondays prior to start date
