We are a growing electrical services and whole-home improvement company serving residential and commercial customers. We take pride in our work, our people, and our reputation and were looking for a Service Manager who is organized, motivated, and ready to step into a leadership role.

What Youll Be Doing

• Lead, coach, and support service technicians
• Manage daily service operations, scheduling, dispatching, and follow-up
• Ensure excellent customer communication and satisfaction
• Partner with ownership on process improvement and performance goals
• Maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards
• Coordinate materials, parts, and service documentation
• Resolve customer issues and support continuous improvement
• Track service metrics and operational performance

What Were Looking For

• Strong leadership and team-management skills
• Customer-first mindset
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Electrical or field service background strongly preferred
• Experience with Service Titan CRM a plus, not required
• Minimum of 2 years experience in home service leadership

Job Type:  Full-time
Salary:  $85,000$120,000/year (DOE) + bonus potential
Schedule:  MondayFriday (some flexibility required)
