Location: Remote - They now have a NYC office that is OPTIONAL to go into.

Salary: 175K

Bonus: 10%

Position summary: As the Lead Product Designer, you will design innovative and elegant products and features across mobile and web. You will actively leverage user insights and use your interaction, visual, and product design skills to build end-to-end experiences for members. You will collaborate extensively with teammates across Product, Engineering, Research, and Data to develop product strategy and design roadmaps.

Requirements:

• Highly proficient with Figma
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Demonstrated ability to help a team navigate loosely defined problems into cohesive vision and strategy
• A user centric problem solver. You care deeply about people's motivations and behaviors and can leverage insights to create high quality experiences that solve true user needs
