Realty Project Coach

Overview As a Realty Project Coach, you will join the Realty Execution team for Walmart US. You will take ownership in delivering store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US. Your responsibility will be to ensure projects are done on time, within budget, and meet our quality standards. In this role, you'll partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep everything on track. You may travel to projects across the US. Experience with leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross-functional teams. Role Details Shift: Primarily overnight; night shifts average 10 to 12 hours. Travel: Frequent travel up to 1000 miles from home is a role requirement. Expect to be away from home ~80% of the time, or 17–21 days at a time. Travel areas based on project workload; associate will be based out of a home store and may travel to surrounding states or farther. Mileage reimbursed; overnight stays paid for RPC roles. Salary: $60,000 – $110,000 annually. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in the same. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Business or related field. 1 year of experience leading cross-functional teams. Project Management - Management Professional Certification. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance bonuses and other compensation for certain roles.
