This isn't just clock-in, clock-out work. As an MLT with us, you'll be at the heart of patient diagnostics. Here's what that looks like:

• Collecting, processing, and analyzing samples (think blood, urine, tissue the classics)
• Operating some pretty slick lab equipment we'll show you the ropes
• Running routine tests that help our doctors make fast, accurate decisions
• Following quality control practices so everything's accurate and on point
• Documenting findings and communicating them clearly to our care teams
• Keeping everything safe, clean, and in line with healthcare standards

What We're Looking For:

• Associate's degree in Medical or Clinical Laboratory Technology, Biology, or a related science field
• Recent grads or current students wrapping up their MLT program? Absolutely apply
• Certification through ASCP, AMT, or equivalent is preferred or if you're eligible to get certified soon, we'd still love to hear from you
• A sharp eye for detail, strong organizational chops, and solid computer skills
• You're a team player who communicates clearly and cares deeply
