Work 168 shifts, not the normal 182 shifts... that's equal to two weeks of vacation + full benefits, malpractice coverage, and up to $15K relocation assistance
Fair rotation of shift coverage-because work-life balance matters. Mostly day shifts with a few weeks of nights depending on nocturnist staffing.

• Open ICU with PulmCC support (and no ICU at smaller campus)

• Manageable volume.... mid to upper teens with 6 docs on during the day at the larger campus, 18-20 patients shared by a doc and a NP at the smaller campus
