Requirements Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, and electrical wiring to ensure optimal performance and make any handle any repairs Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, and walls and perform necessary repairs Plan and implement preventative maintenance procedures to maximize equipment operations and minimize safety risks Take additional maintenance requests as assigned Make records of when any equipment was services and repairs were made Residential maintenance experience Paint apartment units for turn over Own basic painting tools, such as brushes, rollers, poles, small ladder, etc Knowledge of how to prep an area before painting Ability to use power tools and hand tools Reliable transportation Benefits Growing multi-family focused service company whose goal is to make our customers happy.
