Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

• Certification or experience as a Special Education Teacher or Paraprofessional
• Understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and compliance requirements
• Proven ability to support students in both small group and inclusion settings

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver direct instruction and offer support to small groups of students outside the general education classroom
• Assist and encourage students within the mainstream classroom environment, helping them access curriculum and participate fully
• Develop and implement tailored instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs
• Collaborate with general education staff, families, and support teams in IEP and MET meetings
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all special education protocols and timelines
• Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture
• Fulfill staff requirements to be present on campus 30 minutes before and after the official student hours (7:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.)
