Job Description

Marketing Operations role provides coordination and support for the processing and reporting on back-office operations for the marketing team. This individual works closely with various stakeholders across the organization (e.g. Marketing Communications, Product Managers, Market Development Managers, Accounting, Compliance, Legal, etc.) to:

·       support administrative event request processing,

·       collect compliance and legal documents to submit into system

·       facilitate department PO and invoice processing,

·       facilitate department processing of physician consulting agreements,

·       support PPSA Reporting activities,

·       facilitate vendor setup requests,

·       provide other operational support activities as needed for the US Central and West regions. 

Core Requirements:

·        Associates Degree

·        3 years back office support

·        3 years experience with Invoices/POs/Vendors

·        1.5 years back office support in marketing/sales group

·        Experience with accounting, compliance and/or legal

·        Strong Excel
